Trick 800 LITE Is fully aerobatic model powered by electric motor.

The model is supposed to be flown by advanced flyers. It can be "hanged" vertically in the air (torque roll). The knife edge flight is surprisingly easy.

The model is excellent for 3D fun flying and for indoor flying.

The fuselage is designed so that you could use various types of motors and batteries.

You can use power unit consisting of motor Speed 300 and gearbox 7/1. The model is able to fly the torque roll even with this cheap power unit. Certainly, you can use variety of brushless motors.

In the following text variety of power units is suggested. We mention only those power units we have actually tested. Other suitable power units can be also used.

RC set:

  • Transmitter: 4 channels.
  • Servos: The cut-outs fit the Hitec HS 50 or similar (5,5g)
  • Receiver: lightweight and small: JETI REX 5+, or similar.

Power unit

  • Motor "300"/ 6V, gearbox 7/1.
  • Propeller FSK 9 ¾ / 6 ¾, APC 10/4,7
  • Battery 7-8 cells AAA NiMH 650 mAh High Discharge
  • Controller any type for at least 8 Amps current. We recommend Tema SUPRA 8.

Super lite version:

  • Motor PSJ 3D 300SF
  • Propeller APC 8 -9/4,7
  • Battery 3 cells Li Pol 340 mAh (discharge current 20C),
  • Controller any brushless type for at least 8 Amps current.

 

  • Motor PSJ 3D 550R (550)
  • Propeller APC 10/4,7
  • Battery 2 cells Li Pol 720 - 1200 mAh (discharge current 7C), 6-7 cells AAA NiMH 650 mAh High Discharge
